Add/Remove to Calculate Discord permission values
Body:
current_value: The current permission value, you can typically grab this via the Get channel endpoint in the Discord API
operation: Set this to either add/remove, add to add permissions, remove to remove the permissions
new_perms: the new permissions by name, if you want to add/remove multiple seperate them by comma (for example: VIEW_CHANNEL,MANAGE_GUILD)
